  • What is a Jetcar?

    A Jetcar is a water craft designed look like an exotic car powered by a high output Jetski engine to give you the feel of luxury driving on water.

  • Do we need a License to operate?

    Under Texas State Law all drivers must be born before September 1, 1993 and have a valid driver license. Any drivers born after September 1, 1993 must be 21 years of age and the driver is REQUIRED to have a Texas Boater Education Certificate.

  • Do I need to sign a waiver?

    All Participants must fill out waiver prior to arrival. (Minors include). Waiver and Release of Liability

    Any rider found breaking our rules and regulations while on the water will be escorted back to shore and no refund will be granted. No exceptions.

  • Should I arrive early?

    All rentals start at the time of reservation, please arrive at least 15 minutes prior to your reservation time. This will allow time to park, present your driver's license, and receive directions from your instructor.

    Being late will only cut into your reservation time so don‘t be late!

  • Are life jackets required?

    Drivers and ALL passengers are required to wear a U.S. Coast Guard Approved life jacket at all times during the duration of your rental. Life jackets are provided for you.

  • What is the age limit for children?

    Jetcars are fun for all ages. Our recommendation for children passengers is 13 years of age and older. Younger children are permitted with a parent for a slower ride on the water.

  • What do I need to take?

    You must present a valid Driver’s License at check-in with a Boaters Certificate if applicable. We recommend bringing sun screen, towels, sunglasses, water shoes, water attire, and phone protector.

    We are not responsible for any damages, theft or lost items.

  • Is there a water safe zone to ride the Jetcar?

    Yes, our staff will provide instructions before your ride, a laminated map of our safety zone with easy to follow boundary lines, and a U.S. Coast Guard Approved life jacket for all riders.

  • What if there's an emergency?

    Contact Emergency 911.

    Jetcars are equipped with a fire extinguisher, horn and whistle to be used in the event of an emergency.

  • What if the weather does not allow us to ride?

    In the event of severe weather we will offer to reschedule your reservation for another sunny day that is not already booked.

    No-shows No refund nor reschedule.

  • Can I reschedule my booking?

    All reservations are non-refundable but we are more than happy to reschedule 48 hours prior to your schedule date by emailing info@spiexoticjetcars.com or calling (956) 227-4946.

  • Please note:

    We reserve the right to deny service if person(s) are intoxicated and no refund will be provided. We have a breathalyzer on-site and will request a breath sample if we feel someone has been using alcohol over the legal limit.
